Partecipa ai laboratori del gusto dedicati alla polenta, dove gli esperti “polenter” della Val Rendena ti sveleranno tutti i trucchi per la ricetta migliore. I laboratori su misura diventeranno videoricette da seguire sui canali social @campigliodolomiti.
Svegliati presto e incamminati lungo misteriosi sentieri con una guida speciale: Noris Cunaccia, la “Signora delle erbe”. Con lei dedicati alla ricerca e alla raccolta delle erbe selvatiche per poi assistere alla preparazione alla degustazione di piatti della tradizione rivisitati.
Presidio Slow Food, la razza Rendena, di color bruno scuro, è l’unica vacca autoctona trentina che s’incontra nei pascoli estivi e nelle stalle. A tu per tu con i produttori Slow Food puoi scoprire non solo le fasi di produzione e le caratteristiche organolettiche dei formaggi realizzati con il latte della razza Rendena, ma anche la loro capacità di raccontare il territorio.
L’inizio del giorno come un vero malgaro: natura, animali, fieno, formaggio, burro... Conosci da vicino la vita quotidiana sugli alpeggi d’alta quota a fianco dei malgari della Val Rendena per poi fare colazione con le golosità prodotte presso le malghe.

PRICES:
Prices are per person per 7 nights basis half board. The half board includes your stay, breakfast and dinner.
In case of no-show or if you reduce your stay or you leave earlier, the hotel will charge you for the full booking price.
MEALS:
If you choose the half board but you do not eat at the hotel, the price will remain the same and not be reduced. Drinks are not included.
ADDITIONS:
Double room as single use: price on request.
Full board on request.
Wellness: bathrobe is rented, costs € 10,00 per person. Wellness kit costs € 19,00 and includes bathrobe, sleepers and towel.
Garage: on request car parking in garage. The parking place in garage costs euro 10,00 per day.
PETS ARE WELCOME:
On request, pets are welcome. Not allowed in the restaurant. Meals are not included. A surcharge is requested for clealing and sanitizing room at the departure.
FAMILY REDUCTIONS:
Summer: Children accompained by two adults in the same room:
0-3 years: euro 22,00 per day in baby bed half board
Winter: Children accompained by two adults in the same room:
0-3 years: price starts from euro 35,00 per day.

A deposit is required to reserve the room in advance.
